Terra-cotta oil lamp, 1st century B.C.E. Provenance: Syro-Palestinian. Brown clay. Rim: decorated with circles, full volutes at nozzle. On concave discus is the face of Helios, within a rosette of 8 petals, bell or bow pattern on either side of rim. Base: 2 impressed rings, one inside other with an impressed center point.
