Date: 1920/1929 and 1930/1939 Contributing Institution: Samford University Library Description: Delegates for the Baptist Student Convention held at First Baptist Church in Auburn, Alabama. The photograph is from fall of 1929 or spring 1930. Delegates can be seen posing with collegiate banners. Identified in the photograph: Lucille Lloyd (principal speaker) front and middle, Davis Woolley holds the Howard banner, and Henry Rogers is wearing dark rimmed glasses and is on the extreme right of the photograph. In addition to the photograph, a newspaper clipping is taped to the back, which includes information regarding attendees and speakers of the Baptist Student Convention from the Florence State Teachers College.
